Inside Sales Rep

POSITION SUMMARY

InstantService Inc, one of the leading providers of chat and email management applications, is looking for a few inside sales representatives for immediate hire. We are seeking goal oriented sales people who aren’t afraid of making calls. This is a business-to-business inside sales position that represents a critical role in Instantservices sales strategy. This position offers considerable training advancement opportunities within the InstantServices sales department. You will be responsible for generating qualified sales prospects by: converting warm leads into prospects, and through cold calling targeted lead lists.

Working within a defined process, you will make proactive outbound phone calls to prospective customers for the purpose of qualifying their needs and converting the lead into a qualified prospect. Sales training and/or product training is provided weekly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential customers and sales opportunities to support the efforts of the Sale directors.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of lead generation program and lead distribution
  • Provide qualified sales leads to sales directors for next step in sales process.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports of calls and sales
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • One to three years of inside sales experience in software or hi-tech products, ASP selling knowledge preferred
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Proven track record of high volume phone related selling
  • Knowledge of internet terminology
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and some form of call-tracking software
  • Comfortable with sales quotas and targets
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but experience may be an acceptable substitute

Outside Sales Director

POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for high level consultative sales professional to join our enterprise sales team. As a leader in online chat and email management providers, InstantService is focused on delivering a full suite of products related to supporting and selling services online through chat and email channels.

The Sales Director will target accounts in the retail, telecommunications, finance, travel and hospitality, and technology verticals. In this position you will be responsible for positioning our InstantService email, chat solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives
  • Penetrate assigned verticals
  • Manage and grow key customers
REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ years sales experience
  • 3+ years selling complex enterprise software solutions
  • Consistent track record of success and achievement
  • Proven ability to close new business
  • Experience in CRM sales and similar industries such as: Liveperson, Kana, eGain, Talisma, ect.
  • Demonstrated performance in an ASP model
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
