InstantService offers two usage-based pricing models
designed to meet the customer service needs of your
business: Volume Pricing and Enterprise Pricing plans.
Pricing levels are based on the number of InstantService
transactions your business uses to service your customers.
A transaction is defined as one chat session or three
sent mail messages (InstantService does not bill for
received mail), regardless of their duration or length.

Plans
Volume Pricing allows your company
to scale its online customer service on-demand, without
concern for per-seat licensing and peak volumes. The
Volume Pricing plans offer affordable, per session
pricing
- InstantService Enterprise Pricing
Plans
The Volume Pricing Plan offers
a pre-paid solution for businesses and contact centers
with larger customer service volumes (30,000+ transactions
per year). The tiered plan allows businesses with
cyclical usage to purchase blocks of transactions
to meet demand. Volume Plans are good for 12 months
from the time of purchase.
Each plan enables the full use of the entire InstantService
customer communication solution, including InstantService
Chat, Mail and FAQ. A one-time activation fee covers
the creation/setup of your account and a comprehensive
introduction, training, and implementation program.
You are then free to create as many departments and
agent accounts as needed. Customer support is available
to you and your agents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You will be invited to participate in regular conference-call
feedback sessions to help determine the new features
for InstantService's quarterly upgrade releases, which
occur automatically and never require any additional
costs.
Certain partner integrations, such as desktop control
and VoIP, require an additional fee for the use of their
services.
